We are a Czech–Slovak team of professionals from specialized police units, with expertise in negotiation and crisis communication. Years of training, active service, and exposure to demanding situations have taught us that in critical moments, words carry tremendous power. Over time, we began to realize that crisis negotiation methods do not work only in the fight for human lives, but are fully transferable to the civilian world as well to corporate environments, institutions, organizations, and personal life. And that they work far more reliably than coercion and force-based solutions.

That is why we began offering clients functional communication training programs, which quickly became very popular due to their immediate results. Today, we can proudly say that our clients leave with an entirely new communication toolkit and new perspectives on their work and interpersonal interactions.
