- Intensity – We do not conduct lectures or conventional training sessions. We go deep through an intensive, personal approach. We aim to actively engage the client and pass on everything we know.

- Discretion and Safety – We place strong emphasis on confidentiality and transparency. We insist on a 100% safe and supportive environment. Our goal is to motivate, move forward, and allow growth – not to create uncertainty.
- Time - We do not rush you through a few hours; we take the time needed. We want to give you everything. Each client is allocated a full day – literally from morning to evening, for the same fee. You determine the duration of the training yourself.
- Follow-up program – After completion, we always remain available. We can communicate, consult, plan together, cooperate, and stay connected.
